What do assessments accomplish?

My assessments help keep you on track and accountable.  They help me personalize your plan to your specific needs and let me know that a change to your plan is necessary.  

What if I don't live in the Santa Clarita Valley?

No Problem!  I can coach you via email, phone or Skye.  You will still be required to fill out the various fitness and nutrition worksheets, as well as submit your front and back, full length photos to me via email.  After your payment is recieved  we will conduct an initial consultation to get you on the right track.  Workouts will be written by me and will require minimal equipment.  We will also discuss healthy food substitutions, meal ideas, and tips.  I will also require weekly check-ins to ensure your progress and success.  

How long will it take to get my plan?

Once your assessments are completed and fees are paid in full, it will take about a week for me to design your plan and send it to you.  

Do you offer individual services?

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

I require 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling of ALL fitness and nutrition appointments (In-home, phone, and Skype).  I will make every attempt to accommodate your scheduling needs. For "no-shows", sessions will be considered cancelled after 10 minutes from the scheduled start time and you will not be able to make-up that session that week or be refunded.

LFN Policies: Nutrition coaching sessions will usually be conducted at clients home unless other arrangements are made. Fitness training will be conducted at clients home or at an outdoor location.  Clients will bring their own equipment unless other arrangements are made. And always consult your physician before participating in any fitness or nutrition regime.  Coaching sessions include recommendations only and are not intended to replace medical advice. All clients will be required to fill out a health history and related worksheets.  Clients may also be required to provide written clearance from their physician before participating in any fitness and nutrition coaching services offered by Life Fitness & Nutrition.
